01

Gap Identification

Working with the Capsifi team our customer modelled existing business capabilities within our software to gain early acceptance from business leaders and stakeholders. Customer subject matter experts performed maturity assessments against business capabilities, providing insights into the organization’s current state and identifying maturity gaps.

02

Model Rationalization

Changes needed to uplift immature capabilities were planned and prioritized while rationalization of duplicate parts of the operating model were road mapped. Capsifi dynamic views and reports helped the project team easily communicate their findings to the executive steering committee.

03

Outcome

A single aligned enterprise view of the customer’s current and future states was developed. A roadmap of clearly defined initiatives aimed at uplifting the maturity of targeted business capabilities was produced and prioritized according to the impact of identified gaps on end-customers and the organization’s strategic plan. Economies of scale were achieved when investigating where capability gaps appeared across multiple areas of the business. Swifter executive decision making was enabled using hard data.
